| Description | Chickens were immunized with a synthetic peptide containing the DYKDDDDK epitope conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). After repeated injections, immune eggs were collected, the IgY fractions were purified from the yolks, and then affinity purified using a peptide column.
