Description | Anti-Neurofilament H (NF-H). Neurofilaments (NFs) are about 10 nanometer, type IV intermediate filaments expressed in neurons. NFs are the major components of the neuronal cytoskeleton, and primarily function to provide structural support for axons and regulate axonal diameter.
