| Description | APC anti-human EPHB6. EPHB6 is a 110 kD protein transmembrane protein of the ephrin receptor family of tyrosine kinases, but lacks kinase activity. It is expressed on skin keratinocytes, neurons, thymocytes, immature T Cells, and a small population of peripheral CD4 T Cells and CD8 T Cells. Loss of EPHB6 expression has been related with increased metastatic melanoma and neuroblastoma, suggesting a role in suppressing tumorigenicity. |
