| Description | Purified anti-ABL1 Phospho (Tyr245). ABL1 is a protooncogene that encodes a tyrosine kinase protein. ABL1 is involved in multiple cellular processes such as adhesion, cell division, autophagy, differentiation and response to stress. ABL1 kinase activity is negatively regulated by interaction with its SH3 domain, thus deletion of the SH3 domain results in an oncogene. Chromosomal translocation involving ABL1 has been found in various leukemias, where the most notable is the t (9;22) that results in a fusion with the breakpoint clust |
