| Description | Recombinant Anti-Neu5Gc Antibody (V3S-0723-FY108). This clone SL1A1 is a recombinant chicken antibody that recognizes Neu5Gc. By competition ELISA, a method for detection and quantification of Neu5Gc, scFv-SL1A1 was able to detect Neu5Gc with an IC50 of 514 nM. SL1A1 showed high specificity to free and protein-bound Neu5Gc. The Neu5Gc specificity of SL1A1 was further assessed by western blotting and surface plasmon resonance. |
