| Description | Rabbit anti-PRP6 antibody, affinity purified. Pre-mRNA-processing factor 6 (PRP6) is involved in pre-mRNA splicing. PRP6 may act in the tri-snRNP complex as a bridging factor between U5 and U4/U6 snRNPs in the late step of spliceosome assembly. It may be necessary for tri-snRNP formation [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) ww.uniprot.org/uniprot/O94906]. |
