| Description | Rabbit anti-Mre11 antibody, affinity purified. Mre11 is a component of the MRN complex and plays a role in telomere maintenance and double-strand break (DSB) repair. Mre11 associates with rad50 in the MRN complex. Mre11 possesses 3'- 5' exonuclease activity that is involved in creating DNA termini in DSB suitable for priming DNA synthesis and ligation. |
