| Description | Specificity: Anti-CD11c In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (3.9) recognizes Human CD11c. Anti-Human CD11c the (Mr 150 kDa) a-chain of the CD11c/CD18 complex. The antigen is the complement receptor type 4 (CR4). CD11c is an a/B heterodimeric glycoprotein which belongs to the B2 integrin family. It is also known as gp 150/95. Anti-Human CD11c may be used to stain monocytes and macrophages or hairy cell leukemia cells. This antibody can be used in studies of complement receptors. In malignant tissue, Anti-CD11c stains true histiocytic lymphomas and does not stain carcinomas or T- or B-lymphomas. |
