| Description | Specificity: This immunoaffinity purified antibody detects a 34kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of CSP on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat, bovine and Xenopus. A 70kD band is also observed, which may represent a CSP dimer. No reactivity was seen with mouse liver extracts. The antibody specificity is confirmed by specific peptide inhibition in immunoblotting studies. |
