Description | CD307a (FcRL1) Antibody, anti-human, Vio® Bright V423, REAfinity™. Clone REA440 recognizes the human CD307a antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein which is also known as Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FcRL1) or immune receptor translocation-associated protein 5 (IRTA5). CD307a is preferentially expressed on naive and memory B cells. It has two ITAM-like motifs, an acidic glutamic acid residue in its transmembrane region, and three extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains. Ligands for CD307a have not been identified, but the presence of ITAM-like motifs suggests its potential for B cell-activation. | Additional information: Clone REA440 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
