Description | E4BP4 (NFIL3) Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA732 recognizes the human E4BP4 (NFIL3) antigen, a basic leucine zipper transcription factor that is regulated by the cytokine IL-3. E4BP4 is highly expressed in lung and in lower levels in brain and spinal cord. E4BP4 acts with members of the PAR family of transcription factors with which it shares DNA-binding specificity. It plays a role in commitment to cell survival versus apoptosis, anti-inflammatory response, and transcriptional controlling of the mammalian circadian clock. Furthermore, E4BP4 plays an essential role in the development of CD8α+ conventional dendritic cells (cDCs). | Additional information: Clone REA732 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
