Description | ADAMTS13 Antibody, anti-human, Vio® B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA593 recognizes the human ADAMTS13 antigen, which is also known as von Willebrand factor-cleaving protease (VWFCP). ADAMTS13 is a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with a thrombospondin type 1 motif which splits the VWF multimers in plasma into smaller forms thereby controlling VWF-mediated platelet thrombus formation. ADAMTS13 is expressed in liver and secreted in blood. | Additional information: Clone REA593 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |
