Description | CD231 (TALLA) Antibody, anti-human, Biotin. The monoclonal antibody SN1a reacts with the 150 kDa glycoprotein CD231 also known as T cell-acute lymphoblastic leukemia specific antigen (TALLA), which is a member of the tetraspanin family. CD231 is expressed on T cell-type acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells, skeletal muscle cells, brain, and spleen. It is reported that TALLA plays a role in integrin-mediated migration and can associate with phosphoinositide 4-kinase. |
