Description | Syndecan-4 Antibody, anti-mouse, APC-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA640 recognizes the mouse syndecan-4 antigen, also known as SYND4 or ryudocan core protein. Syndecan-4 belongs to the cell surface syndecan proteoglycan family, which binds a variety of soluble and insoluble extracellular effectors. Syndecan-4 is able to bear heparan sulfate and is an important regulator of bFGF signaling. It is expressed ubiquitously, but mainly in liver, kidney, and lung. It is highly expressed on activated B lymphocytes. | Additional information: Clone REA640 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
