Description | CLEC2A Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA544 recognizes the human CLEC2A antigen, which is a member of the C-type lectin-like domain-containing family. It enhances TCR-stimulated T cell expansion by upregulating anti-apoptotic proteins and may modulate the capacity of T cells to home to lymph nodes through SELL. It facilitates dedicated immune recognition of keratinocytes via interaction with its receptor KLRF2 by stimulating natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity. In contrast to the other CLEC2 family members AICL, CD69, and LLT1, CLEC2A is predominantly expressed in skin. | Additional information: Clone REA544 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
