Description | CD273 (PD-L2) Antibody, anti-human, APC-Vio® 770. Clone MIH18 recognizes human CD273, also known as B7-DC and PD-L2. CD273 with an approximate molecular weight of 25 kDa is a type I transmembrane protein, belonging to the B7 family of protein ligands and to the Ig superfamily. CD273 is mainly expressed on dendritic cells (DCs) and activated macrophages. It has been shown to interact with programmed-death-receptor 1 (PD-1). Both a stimulatory and inhibitory role of CD273, in T cell activation has been proposed. |
