Description | CDw198 (CCR8) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA921 recognizes the mouse CDw198 antigen, also known as C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8). CDw198, a G-protein coupled receptor with seven transmembrane regions, is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family, which binds to the T cell activation gene 3 (TCA-3) and CCL1. CDw198 is primarily found in thymus. It is expressed in activated T?2-polarized cells and NK1.1+ CD4+ T cells, but also in subsets of monocytes, macrophages, and monocyte-derived dendritic cells. CDw198 plays a role in migration of various cell types into inflammatory sites. | Additional information: Clone REA921 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
