| Description | The antibody detects endogenous levels of CRTAM protein. CRTAM (Cytotoxic And Regulatory T-Cell Molecule) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Class I MHC mediated antigen processing and presentation and Innate Immune System. GO annotations related to this gene include receptor binding. An important paralog of this gene is CADM1. Interaction with CADM1 promotes natural killer (NK) cell cytotoxicity and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) secretion by CD8+ cells in vitro as well as NK cell-mediated rejection of tumors expressing CADM3 in vivo. |
