Description: Dok1 a docking protein that interacts with receptor tyrosine kinases. It is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients in the chronic phase.Function: DOK proteins are enzymatically inert adaptor or scaffolding proteins.
