| Description | This OLIG1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 200-228 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human OLIG1. OLIG1 promotes formation and maturation of oligodendrocytes, especially within the brain. Cooperates with OLIG2 to establish the pMN domain of the embryonic neural tube (By similarity). |
