| Description | IL-10 is a multifunctional cytokine produced by a variety of cell types including T helper cells activated B cells and activated macrophages. IL-10 regulates immune-mediated inflammation and modulates the function of cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, natural killer cells and dendritic cells. Recombinant IL-10 comprises a 160 amino acid fragment (19-178) corresponding to the mature IL-10 protein and is expressed in E Coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. |
