Description | Specificity: ATP6V1E1 Antibody detects endogenous levels of ATP6V1E1. Description: Subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase essential for assembly or catalytic function. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells.Subunit Structure: V-ATPase is a heteromultimeric enzyme composed of a peripheral catalytic V1 complex (components A to H) attached to an integral membrane V0 proton pore complex (components: a, c, c', c'' and d). Interacts with RABL2/RABL2A; binds preferentially to GTP-bound RABL2 (By similarity). Interacts with ALDOC. Interacts with RAB11B.Similarity: Belongs to the V-ATPase E subunit family. |
Immunogen | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human ATP6V1E1. Tissue Specificity: Ubiquitous (PubMed:12036578). High expression in the skin (PubMed:28065471). |
Other Names | [V-type proton ATPase subunit E 1; V-type proton ATPase subunit e 1; V-type proton ATPase subunit E 1; ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit E1; V-ATPase 9.2 kDa membrane accessory protein; V-ATPase M9.2 subunit; Vacuolar proton pump subunit e 1] |
