| Description | Chickens were immunized with C-MYC conjugated to a carrier protein. Eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting fraction was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-C-MYC antibodies were immunoaffinity purified. |
| Immunogen | Procedure: Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. |
