| Description | This PTRH2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 26-55 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PTRH2. The natural substrate for this enzyme may be peptidyl-tRNAs which drop off the ribosome during protein synthesis (By similarity).Promotes caspase-independent apoptosis by regulating the function of two transcriptional regulators, AES and TLE1. |
