| Description | Recognizes only the phophophorylated S6 peptide product of S6K. There is no cross-reaction with the non-phosphorylated S6 peptide substrate. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pS6 antibody developed with phosphorylated S6 (KRRRLApSLR) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR). This antibody is conjugated to horse-radish peroxidase through reductive amination. This antibody has been utilized for non-radioactive p70 S6K kinase assay. Conjugation: Reductive amination with 2/1 molar ratio of HRP/antibody. |
