| Description | Anti-Beta Amyloid 40 was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest reactivity with human, sheep, rabbit, canine, bovine, pig, guinea pig, and monkey based on 100% sequence homology. This antibody will not react with AB42. Cross-reactivity with Beta Amyloid from other sources has not been determined. Beta Amyloid protein is associated with neuronal injury and death in Alzheimer's disease. These proteins are the main components of amyloid plaques. Anti-Beta Amyloid 40 protein antibody is ideal for researchers interested in Apoptosis, Alzheimer's Research, Cell Cycle and Replication, Neurodegeneration, Neuroscience, and Neuronal Cell Marker research. |
