| Description | Specificity: Recognize N-terminal, C-terminal or internal DYKDDDDK-tag in fusion proteins (Binds to FLAG® Tag epitope).. This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with the synthetic peptide corresponding to the DYKDDDDK-tag sequence. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). |
