| Description | AceMag™ FFPE DNA Kit offers a rapid and easy-to-use method for extracting DNA from FFPE. During the experiment, a non-toxic paraffin removal agent can be used to remove paraffin and reduce the harm to the experimenters. After tissue lysis, DNA is bound to the surface of silica-coated magnetic beads. After rinsing, high-purity DNA is eluted in EB or deionized water. The yield and fragment size of DNA are closely related to the sample type, storage conditions and time. The extracted DNA can be used for downstream detection such as quantitative PCR and next-generation sequencing library construction. AceMag™ FFPE DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use. |
