Description | The Ansh Labs Bovine AMH assay is the only AMH assay designed specifically for use in the cow. Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a protein hormone produced by granulosa cells in ovarian follicles. AMH can be measured any time in the estrous cycle and is a direct measure of ovarian reserve and has a high correlation to Antral Follicle Count.

Bos Taurus - Jersey, Hereford, Holstein, Angus, Red Angus, Black Angus Bubalus bubalis - Murrah Bos indicus - Brahman, Gyr, Nelore Mixed - Beefmaster, Brangus, Holstein-Jersey, Braford, Bonsmara, Wagyu Wide dynamic range of 6, 13.5-2240 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 11 pg/mL. Requires 50 µL of Plasma. Total 3.5 hours incubation at room temperature. Species reactivity includes Bovine, Caprine. Includes all reagents needed to run a 96-well plate, shipped at ambient temperatures and stored at 2-8C. For Research Use Only within the United States.
