The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL128 recognizes the human CD25 antigen, a 28 kDa glycoprotein also known as the low-affinity interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (IL-2Rα). The receptor plays a role in the regulation of immune tolerance by controlling regulatory T cells activity. CD25 is expressed on activated T and B cells, on macrophages, and on a subset of non-activated CD4+ regulatory T cells. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
