Product Name | IL2RA, 22-240aa, Human, hIgG-His-tag, Baculovirus |
Description | Purity > 90% by SDS-PAGE. IL2RA, also known as interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha isoform 1, is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein. This protein is expressed in most B-cell neoplasms, some acute nonlymphocytic leukemias, neuroblastomas, mastocytosis and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes. It functions as the receptor for HTLV-1 and is consequently expressed on neoplastic cells in adult T cell lymphoma/leukemia. Also, it is elevated in proliferative disturbances of the hematopoietic system and in many solid tumors. Recombinant human IL2RA, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW: 52.1kDa (461aa) 50-70kDa (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.) |
